Kajol buys two apartments worth crores in Juhu
Kajol, who was last seen in the Netflix film Tribhanga, has purchased two new luxury apartments in the Ananya Building in Mumbai's Juhu. Both the apartments are reportedly located on the 10th floor of the building. The combined costs of the flats will definitely leave you stunned. Reportedly, the combined cost of the two houses is Rs 11.95 crore. Yes, you read that right!
If reports are to be believed, Kajol purchased the house in January, this year. The capital area of both the houses is said to be around 2000 square feet. Also, the property purchased by the actress is in the same neighbourhood as Shiv Shakti, her current house.

Talking about Ajay Devgn's bungalow, according to Housing.com, Ajay had bought Shiv Shakti for around Rs 60 crores which is spread across 590 sq yards. The actor had finalised the deal in November (2020) but the property transfer was done on May 7, last year.
On the work front, Kajol was last seen in Tribhanga, which released last year on Netflix. The actress' last big screen release was Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior. Talking about Ajay, he is awaiting the release of his upcoming film RRR. Directed by SS Rajamouli, RRR also stars Alia Bhatt, Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Olivia Morris among others. Besides that, he will also be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Gangubai Kathiawadi.
